Summary
This study is testing two different endoscopic procedures that use stitches to make the stomach smaller, helping with weight loss. It's for adults with obesity who haven't succeeded with diet and exercise alone. Researchers will compare the safety and effectiveness of the new EndoZip system against the established Apollo procedure over 12 months.
