New approach to leg clot removal could prevent Long-Term damage
NCT ID NCT06124768
Summary
This study compares two new access methods for removing blood clots from leg veins against the traditional approach. Researchers want to see if accessing the clot through different entry points can prevent long-term complications as effectively as when treating simpler cases. The goal is to find the best way to remove clots completely to reduce future problems for patients with deep vein thrombosis.
