New hope for Tough-to-Treat colitis flares

NCT ID NCT06420492

Summary

This study is testing a new oral drug called BRS201 for adults experiencing a severe flare-up of ulcerative colitis who haven't gotten better with steroid treatment. Over 12 weeks, participants will take the study drug for 4 weeks and have several clinic visits for check-ups and tests. The main goal is to see if the drug can reduce inflammation and improve symptoms in these difficult cases.
