Experimental drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug, RO7566802, alone or with another drug (atezolizumab) in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 250 adults with incurable cancers will take part.
