Summary
This study tests a new drug called IPN01203 in about 102 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread and stopped responding to immunotherapy. The trial has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, then testing low versus high doses to see if the drug can shrink tumors. Participants receive the drug by IV and are monitored for side effects and tumor response. The goal is to determine whether IPN01203 is safe and effective enough to move into larger studies.
