First-in-Human shot aims to tame silent high uric acid
NCT ID NCT06859073
Summary
This is the first time researchers are giving an experimental drug called NNC4004-0002 to people. The study aims to see if a single injection under the skin is safe and can lower high uric acid levels in the blood of healthy adults who have no symptoms. About 60 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the study drug or a placebo saline injection.
