New drug targets breast cancer in the brain

Summary
This study tests a new drug, RO7771950, designed to reach the brain, for people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to the brain or other organs. About 650 participants will receive either the new drug or an existing drug (tucatinib), both combined with standard therapies. The goal is to see if the new drug can better delay cancer growth or improve survival.
