Summary
This Phase 3 trial is testing whether a new drug combination (tecotabart vedotin plus tislelizumab) works better than standard chemotherapy for people with advanced stomach cancer that has a specific protein called CLDN18.2. The study plans to enroll 752 participants who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer. The main goal is to see if the new combo delays cancer growth and improves survival.
