New hope for Tough-to-Treat myeloma: 4-Drug cocktail shows promise

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (isatuximab, pomalidomide, elotuzumab, and dexamethasone) in people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see how well this mix controls the cancer. About 28 adults will receive the drugs in 28-day cycles, and doctors will measure tumor shrinkage using standard criteria.
