Scientists test new drug duo to target Tough-to-Treat gynecologic cancers

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new combination of two oral drugs, M1774 and ZEN-3694, for women with recurrent ovarian or endometrial cancer. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to see how well the drugs work together to stop cancer cell growth. The trial will also check if the treatment works better for cancers with a specific genetic change called ARID1A loss.
