Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs (avutometinib and defactinib) added to standard chemotherapy for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the new combo is safe and can shrink tumors better than chemo alone. About 40 adults who have not had prior treatment for their metastatic pancreatic cancer will take part.
