Summary
This early-stage trial is testing the safety and best dose of a drug called venetoclax when combined with other standard multiple myeloma medications. It is for patients with a specific genetic feature in their cancer cells called t(11;14). The goal is to see if adding venetoclax helps control the cancer better than current treatments alone.
