Summary
This study is testing whether combining four different cancer drugs can help control aggressive forms of blood and bone marrow disorders. It's for adults with higher-risk myelodysplastic syndromes or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia, including those whose disease has returned after previous treatment. The main goal is to see if this combination improves survival and controls the disease.
