Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing a combination of three chemotherapy drugs plus immunotherapy as a first treatment for advanced esophageal and gastric cancer. For patients with HER2-positive tumors, the targeted drug trastuzumab is also added. The study aims to see if this mix is more effective and better tolerated than current standard treatments. About 52 participants will be enrolled across multiple sites.
