First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (iparomlimab, tuvonralimab, apatinib, and irinotecan) in 39 adults with advanced AFP-producing stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has worsened after initial immunotherapy and chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this new mix can shrink tumors or slow the disease. Participants receive treatment until the cancer progresses, side effects become too severe, or up to two years.
