First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new two-drug combination (sacituzumab govitecan plus toripalimab) works better than a standard combination (toripalimab plus nab-paclitaxel) for people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has not been treated before. About 150 adults with PD-L1 positive tumors will take part. The goal is to see if the new combo delays cancer growth and improves survival.
