First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (SHR-1701, rivoceranib, and possibly SHR-2554) in 40 adults with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that worsened after or could not tolerate first-line immunotherapy. The goal is to see if the new combo can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. Participants must have HER2-negative cancer and provide tumor samples for analysis.
