Bladder cancer trial tests two new drug cocktails against standard combo

Summary
This study tests whether adding either favezelimab or vibostolimab to the standard combination of pembrolizumab and enfortumab vedotin works better for advanced bladder cancer that has spread. About 390 people who have not had prior treatment for advanced disease will take part. The main goals are to see if the new combos shrink tumors more often and to check for side effects.
