New 'SleeperOne' device aims to make Kids' dental visits less scary

NCT ID NCT07156396

Summary

This study is testing if a new computer-controlled device (SleeperOne®) is better than a standard syringe at reducing pain and anxiety when children get a baby tooth pulled. Researchers will compare the two methods in 28 children aged 3 to 5 years old. The goal is to find a gentler way to give numbing medicine for a more comfortable dental visit.
