First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs given before surgery for people with HER2-positive breast cancer. About 50 participants will receive the drugs to see if the tumor shrinks enough to avoid more chemotherapy. If the tumor does not shrink enough, patients will switch to a standard chemotherapy regimen. The goal is to improve the chance of a complete response and better long-term outcomes.
