New immune cocktail targets Hard-to-Treat stomach and esophageal cancers

Summary
This study is for people with advanced stomach, esophageal, or gastro-esophageal junction cancer that has spread or cannot be removed and has worsened after one prior treatment. Participants will receive a mix of immune cells (agenT-797) and several drugs (botensilimab, balstilimab, ramucirumab, and paclitaxel) to see if this combination can shrink tumors. The goal is to find a more effective second-line therapy for these hard-to-treat cancers.
