Summary
This study tests a new combination of chemotherapy, an immunotherapy drug, and a diabetes medicine (sitagliptin) in people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer. The goal is to shrink tumors before surgery and improve outcomes. About 138 adults aged 18-75 with locally advanced, non-metastatic colorectal cancer will participate.
