NCT ID NCT06558773

Summary

This study is testing new drug combinations for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. It will compare three different treatment groups to see if adding a repurposed drug called eliglustat to existing cancer therapies can help control the disease. The trial aims to help patients whose cancer type typically does not respond well to immunotherapy alone.
