New two-drug attack on spreading colon cancer enters testing

NCT ID NCT07355764

Summary

This study is testing if a new drug called SHR-1811, when combined with an existing drug (bevacizumab), can help control advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and worsened after standard first treatment. It will involve about 80 adults whose cancer has a certain level of a protein called HER2. Researchers will measure if the tumors shrink and how long the cancer stays under control.
