First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding two amino acid-based drugs (L-Ornithine L-Aspartate and N-Acetylcysteine) to standard hormone therapy can shrink tumors or slow disease in people with HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer. About 40 women whose cancer progressed on prior treatments will receive the combination. The goal is to see if the new mix improves response rates and controls the disease longer.
