Summary
This study tests whether adding two drugs (serplulimab and bevacizumab) to standard chemotherapy before surgery can improve outcomes for people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. The trial involves 156 adults whose tumors have specific genetic features (RAS/BRAF wild-type, pMMR/MSS). The goal is to see if the combination helps the immune system fight the cancer better and increases the chance of staying cancer-free for three years.
