Summary
This study is testing whether giving two chemotherapy drugs together works better than standard treatments for advanced colorectal cancer. Researchers will enroll 583 adults with newly diagnosed, advanced disease who haven't had previous treatment. The main goal is to see if this combination can slow cancer growth and extend patients' lives while monitoring side effects.
