New hope for shrinking tough colon tumors before surgery
NCT ID NCT06124378
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy given before surgery can shrink tumors in people with a common type of locally advanced colon cancer. The goal is to see if this approach leads to better long-term survival by eliminating more cancer cells before the operation. The trial will enroll 60 participants who have not had prior cancer treatment.
