Early trial tests new hope for Tough-to-Treat brain cancers

Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether combining two drugs, epcoritamab and ibrutinib, is safe for people with lymphoma that has returned in or spread to the brain after prior treatment. The main goal is to find a dose that causes few or manageable side effects. It will include about 26 adults whose cancer has not responded to standard therapies.
