Summary
This study is testing a new, structured treatment plan for people with chronic pain. It involves doctors from different parts of the healthcare system, including your regular GP, working together in video meetings to create a six-month care plan. Researchers will compare this new approach to the usual care patients receive at pain clinics to see if it better improves how patients feel and how much pain interferes with their daily life.
