Summary
This study is testing if a modified schedule of two standard chemotherapy combinations is easier for older adults to tolerate while still controlling advanced pancreatic cancer. It is for patients over 65 who are newly diagnosed and have not yet received treatment for cancer that has spread. Researchers will closely monitor side effects and track how well the treatment works to control the disease.
