Could this new device make cervical cancer screening less painful?
NCT ID NCT06861504
Summary
This study tested a new device called the Femscope Calm Collect Device to see if it could make cervical cancer screening more comfortable and encourage more women to get tested. Researchers compared the new device to the traditional brush method in 13 adult women to see if it collected cells just as well and caused less pain. The goal is to improve the experience of routine cervical screening.
