Radioactive cancer drug trial seeks to target multiple advanced tumors

NCT ID NCT07261631

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new radioactive drug treatment for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard therapies. Researchers will first use a special imaging scan to see if patients' tumors are likely to respond, then give the radioactive treatment at different doses to find the safest and most effective amount. The trial includes 180 adults with advanced pancreatic, lung, breast, colorectal, or soft tissue cancers who have already tried other treatments without success.
