Summary

This study is testing a new targeted radiation treatment called LY4257496 for people with advanced cancers that have a specific protein (GRPR). The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment helps shrink tumors. It is for adults with certain advanced breast, prostate, colorectal, or endometrial cancers that have spread and are no longer responding to standard treatments.
