Scientists test 'Alarm' injection to wake up immune system against tough cancers
NCT ID NCT05338658
Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety of a new experimental injection called Peptide Alarm Therapy (PAT) when given directly into tumors alongside standard immunotherapy. It's for adults with advanced solid tumors that have continued to grow despite one or more prior treatments, including previous immunotherapy. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose and see if this combination can help control the cancer.
