New scan could spot hidden cancer cells
NCT ID NCT07432633
Summary
This study is testing a new radioactive tracer called [18F]FPyQCP for PET scans to see if it can better detect five specific cancers: colorectal, ovarian, gastric, breast, and pancreatic. Researchers will check if the tracer is safe, measure its radiation dose, and see how accurately it finds cancer compared to current methods. The study needs 71 adults who have been diagnosed with one of these cancers and meet specific health criteria.
