Summary
This is the first study in people for a new cancer drug called GSK5533524. It aims to find a safe dose and see how well adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments can tolerate it. Researchers will also check if the drug can shrink tumors and learn how the body processes it.
