Summary
This is the first study in people for a new drug called BL0175. It aims to find a safe dose and see if it can help control advanced breast, ovarian, or endometrial cancers that have stopped responding to standard hormone therapies in postmenopausal women. The study will closely monitor a small group of participants for side effects and early signs of whether the drug slows cancer growth.
