New hope for Tough-to-Treat gut cancers in global trial

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called GSK5764227 for people with advanced stomach, colon, rectal, or pancreatic cancers that have spread and cannot be removed by surgery. The trial aims to see if the drug is safe, how well it works to shrink tumors, and how the body processes it. It is for adults whose cancer has continued to grow despite having already received one or two rounds of standard treatment.
