Experimental Two-Pronged attack on tough cancers begins human testing
NCT ID NCT06413680
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new, experimental immunotherapy drug called REGN10597, both by itself and combined with an existing drug (cemiplimab), in people with advanced solid tumors like melanoma and kidney cancer. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment can shrink tumors. It will involve about 240 patients whose cancer has progressed despite standard treatments.
