Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called CRD3874-SI in people with advanced cancers that have spread or returned after previous treatments. Researchers will first find the highest safe dose, then test that dose in patients with specific cancers like sarcoma and Merkel cell carcinoma. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and see if it helps shrink tumors.
