Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new cancer medicine called GSK5764227, which works like a targeted delivery system to bring a toxin directly to cancer cells while trying to avoid healthy ones. The study will combine this experimental drug with standard cancer treatments in 84 people with advanced colon, rectal, or prostate cancers. Researchers will primarily check if the combination is safe and how the body processes it, while also looking for early signs that it might shrink or control the cancer.
