First-in-Human trial tests novel drug duo for Tough-to-Treat cancers

NCT ID NCT07382544

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new combination of two oral drugs, BMS-986504 and olaparib, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called MTAP loss. The main goal is to find a safe and tolerable dose. Researchers will also check how the drugs work in the body and look for early signs that the treatment might help control the cancer.
