Summary

This study is testing a new surgical technique for rebuilding the breast after cancer removal. It aims to see if using a small armpit incision and the patient's own fat tissue leads to better cosmetic results and quality of life. The study will enroll women with early-stage breast cancer who want immediate reconstruction and will track their recovery and satisfaction for a year.
