Summary
This study is testing a new, smaller, and more portable type of brain scanner called the Radialis PET Imager. Researchers want to see if it can detect the amyloid plaques linked to Alzheimer's disease as accurately as the standard, larger PET scanners currently in use. The goal is to see if this new device could make this important diagnostic test more widely available and affordable for people with cognitive impairment.
