New brain scan could shed light on Alzheimer's and Parkinson's
NCT ID NCT07470710
Summary
This study is testing a new type of brain scan to see if it can help doctors better understand and diagnose neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Researchers will give 40 participants a special imaging tracer and use a PET scanner to see how it collects in their brains. The goal is to see if this new scan can reveal patterns that match different diseases and correlate with a patient's symptoms.
