Doctors test Direct-to-Tumor immune attack for deadly brain cancer

NCT ID NCT03233152

Summary

This trial is testing a new combination of immune-boosting drugs and cells injected directly into the brain tumor during surgery for patients whose glioblastoma has returned. The goal is to see if this targeted approach can better control the cancer while reducing side effects compared to standard treatments. The study will measure how long patients live without their cancer getting worse and their overall survival.
