First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study collects blood samples from 1,500 adults at risk for heart disease to discover new biomarkers that can predict future heart attacks, strokes, or other cardiovascular events. Participants are patients visiting a prevention center, either with or without a prior history of heart problems. The goal is to improve early detection and understanding of the disease, not to test a treatment.
