Summary
This study looked at how well two newer biologic drugs (ustekinumab and vedolizumab) work for Crohn's disease in 50 Chinese patients. Researchers checked for things like healing of the gut lining and symptom improvement, and also looked for side effects. The goal was to find out what factors might predict if the drugs will work well for a given patient.
