Could a simple swab or urine sample spot uterine cancer at home?

NCT ID NCT06846775

Summary

This study is testing whether a new, non-invasive test using a patient-collected urine sample or vaginal swab can accurately detect endometrial (uterine) cancer. The goal is to create a simpler, more comfortable alternative to current invasive diagnostic procedures. Researchers will compare test results from 120 women—some with diagnosed cancer and some who are healthy—to see if the test can reliably tell them apart.
